Our Neighborhood

Drayton Place and Kernan Chase are sister neighborhoods under Drayton Place Homeowners Association, Inc. 211 single family homes were built from 1996 to 2001 by Atlantic Builders (now part of Mattamy Homes). Properties are comfortably-spaced and lined by preserve and pond views.

 

The neighborhood is conveniently located off of Kernan Blvd., south of Beach Blvd. and near the JTB/295 interchange. To the East, find Mayo Clinic and the beaches. To the West, it's an easy trip to the St. Johns Town Center or to I-95 and downtown Jacksonville. South on Kernan Blvd., you will find the Kernan entrance to the University of North Florida. Drayton Place/Kernan Chase is an excellent place to settle, no matter what calls you to this growing area of Jacksonville, FL.
