Good morning, neighbors!
The board has a few updates on the fence and monument repairs:

 

Great White Fence received the custom-ordered parts required and completed the fence repairs on schedule.

 

One of the letters has fallen off the more-northern entrance monument at the Kernan Chase entrance. The board is in possession of the letter and will re-install it.

 

Additionally, the board will be reviewing alternative materials or mounting options to prevent further issues.
